These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AlphaTubes at alphatubes.app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AlphaTubes provides an online puzzle game, optional user accounts, and related features such as progress saving and sync across devices when logged in. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, puzzles, and content (except user content you provide), is owned by AlphaTubes or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
If you submit content to the Service (for example, through support requests or any future community features), you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Service may integrate third-party tools (for example, analytics or abuse prevention such as Google reCAPTCHA). Those providers’ terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of their services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlphaTubes and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, if any, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), unless applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to defend and indemnify AlphaTubes and its operators against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction as required by local consumer protection rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
